Restoration

Old does not have to mean unsafe or shabby

Does preserving the beauty of a bygone age matter to you too? Time spares nothing, and ironwork is no exception: sooner or later a gate, a fence or even a support loses its shine.

The bigger problem is that these structures have a job to do. If a gate no longer closes, or a support or staircase starts to sag, the repair cannot be put off any longer. A balcony railing in poor condition can be dangerous too: badly rusted, it can cut you or even come away altogether.

If you want the structure back as it once was, or if its listed status rules out replacement, restoration is the answer. With modern materials, weight reductions and up-to-date techniques we restore its shine and, above all, its function, so that it is not only beautiful but safe as well.
